One example of a potential qualifying SEG contractor would be when a company (your SEG) has individuals working beside its own employees but are another entity’s employees. These individuals typically do much of the same or similar work that a company’s employee would do, but these individuals are not considered employees of the company. Rather they are contract employees who are employed by an entity that is under contract with the company and meets the definition of possesses a strong dependency relationship with that company.
SEG Contractors, Contractors, already serving, multiple common bond, strong dependency relationship, possess, under contract, prior to February 6, 2017, housekeeping amendment
Is there a specific example of the inclusion of SEG Contractors?
